Employment agency Manpower is looking for a HR Representative for Dow in Terneuzen.

You will take on the responsibility of efficiently and effectively addressing HR inquiries from colleagues. Serving as the main point of contact, you will facilitate HR business processes and maintain ongoing communication with the requestors. You will become known with Dow's HR organization and it's disciplines such as Payrolling, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Administration, Compensation & Benefits and Talent & Learning. In this role, you will evolve into an HR generalist and depending on your interests and aspirations, you may have the opportunity to progress to one of the HR disciplines as the next step in your career!

Working hours
The working hours in this full-time position of 40 hours per week are during regular office hours.

• At least a bachelor degree in HR or any related field (EQF 6)
• You are multilingual, you speak both English and Spanish (C1) and preferably also French because of job duties
• Living or willing to move within a commuting distance of Terneuzen
• Availability of 40 hours per week
• A Dutch work permit that is valid for at least nine months or an EU-nationality
• A certificate of conduct (Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag or VOG) that shows you have not committed any criminal offences
