Service coördinator waterbehandeling

Als service coördinator bij PureBlue krijg je veel vrijheid en werk je in een klein team met grote ambities. Je helpt onze klanten in Europa en doet interessant en afwisselend werk. Op basis van wie jij bent, geven we je functie verder vorm. Kom je samen met ons de wereld van water veranderen?

JOUW FUNCTIE
Je zorgt er voor dat de installaties doen wat ze moeten doen en optimaal presteren.
Als service coördinator coördineer je met onze servicemonteurs het geplande onderhoud en samen los je storingen op aan onze waterzuiveringsinstallaties. Ook heb je veel contact met onze klanten. De klanten zullen jou ook contacteren indien er storingen optreden of vragen over gepland onderhoud. 

We werken veel op riviercruises. Ook vind je ons in de industrie en in de toekomst vaker op vakantieparken en steden. Onderhoud plannen we zoveel mogelijk in Nederland en net over de grens in Duitsland. Bij spoed rijden we met een volledig uitgeruste PureBlue-bus naar de plaats waar het schip ligt, in Duitsland, Frankrijk, Oostenrijk en Nederland.

DIT DOE JE:
Direct contact met onze klanten. De klanten zullen je benaderen via de servicetelefoon / whatsapp of e-mail met vragen over mogelijke storingen of gepland onderhoud.
Gepland onderhoud en controles. Je coördineert onze servicemonteurs voor controle en onderhoud van onze zuiveringsinstallatie bij onze klanten. In sommige gevallen zal je samen met de servicemonteurs op een storing afgaan in een van onze eigen servicebussen, waarin alles zit wat je nodig hebt voor het oplossen van storingen.
Storingen oplossen. De gemelde storingen kunnen ook ’s avonds of in het weekend zijn. In overleg zal je ook hier je aandeel in hebben. Wij hebben een service telefoon die in de avonden bereikbaar moet zijn. Elke week heeft iemand anders de service telefoon in de avond tegen een vergoeding. De weken worden verdeeld tussen het engineering en service personeel.
Het onderhoud is vooral mechanisch werk. Soms zijn er kleine elektrotechnische storingen die opgelost dienen te worden, zoals het vervangen van een sensor of een kabel. Kom je er niet uit? Dan is er altijd een collega die op afstand met je mee kan kijken en helpen.
Administratie. Als de servicemonteur een klus heeft gedaan, zet hij dat in de app, op de bon of op de laptop/IPad waarna jij de facturatie verder coördineert.
Nieuwe gebruikers trainen. Ongeveer 1 keer per maand geef je een 1 op 1 training en leer je samen met onze servicemonteurs onze klanten om onze systemen te gebruiken.
Meewerken op de werkplaats in Kapellebrug. In voorkomende gevallen help je bij het assembleren, installeren en het testen van nieuwe installaties. Je hebt regelmatig contact met o.a. de projectleiders, ingenieurs, werkvoorbereiders en technologen. 

Deze baan passen we aan op jouw achtergrond en interesse. Of je nu weinig ervaring hebt en veel wilt leren, of juist meer uitdaging zoekt. Dan pak je extra werk op. Zoals elektro, data-analyse of werken met PLC’s. We willen het beste in jou naar boven halen.

DIT ZIJN WIJ:
Wij ontwerpen, ontwikkelen, assembleren en servicen waterzuiveringssystemen en doen dit voornamelijk in Europa. Je vindt ons zowel in de maritieme- en communale sector, als in de industrie en agricultuur. Ook voeren we van op afstand, de operations en service uit op al onze installaties.

Ons doel? Water teruggeven aan de natuur zoals we het ontvangen hebben. Door onze innovatieve omgeving hebben we 4 keer de top-100 van meest innovatieve bedrijven in Nederland bereikt. Hierop zijn wij als team ontzettend trots.

Verder ben jij:
In het bezit van een technische opleiding of ervaring op mbo-3 niveau. Zoals installatietechniek, elektro of werktuigbouw.
Je spreekt Engels. Als je nog geen Nederlands spreekt, wil je Nederlandse taallessen volgen. Kennis van de Duitse taal is een pre.
In het bezit van een rijbewijs B (het behalen van BE voor PureBlue is mogelijk)

YOUR FUNCTION
You ensure that the installations do what they are supposed to do and perform optimally.
As a service coordinator, you coordinate planned maintenance with our service technicians and together you resolve malfunctions in our water treatment plants. You also have a lot of contact with our customers. Customers will also contact you if malfunctions occur or questions about planned maintenance.

We work a lot on river cruises. You will also find us in the industry and in the future more often at holiday parks and cities. We plan maintenance as much as possible in the Netherlands and just across the border in Germany. In case of emergency, we drive a fully equipped PureBlue bus to the location where the ship is moored, in Germany, France, Austria and the Netherlands.

THIS IS WHAT YOU DO:
Direct contact with our customers. Customers will contact you via the service telephone / WhatsApp or e-mail with questions about possible malfunctions or planned maintenance.

Planned maintenance and checks. You coordinate our service technicians for inspection and maintenance of our purification installation for our customers. In some cases, you will respond to a malfunction together with the service technicians in one of our own service vans, which contains everything you need to resolve malfunctions.

•          Fix errors. The reported disruptions may also occur in the evening or at the weekend. In consultation you will also play your part in this. We have a service telephone that must be available in the evenings. Every week someone else has the telephone service in the evening for a fee. The weeks are divided between the
engineering and service staff.
•          Maintenance is mainly mechanical work. Sometimes there are minor electrical faults that need to be resolved, such as replacing a sensor or a cable. Are you stuck? Then there is always a colleague who can watch and help you remotely.
·                Administration. When the service technician has done a job, he puts it in the app, on the receipt or on the laptop/IPad, after which you further coordinate the invoicing.
•          Train new users. About once a month you provide 1-on-1 training and, together with our service technicians, you teach our customers how to use our systems.
•          Collaborate at the workshop in Kapellebrug. Where appropriate, you help with assembling, installing and testing new installations. You have regular contact with project leaders, engineers, work planners and technologists, among others.

We tailor this job to your background and interests. Whether you have little experience and want to learn a lot, or are looking for more of a challenge. Then you take on extra work. Such as electrical, data analysis or working with PLCs. We want to bring out the best in you.

THIS IS US:
We design, develop, assemble and service water purification systems and do this mainly in Europe. You will find us in the maritime and communal sector, as well as in industry and agriculture. We also carry out operations and service remotely on all our installations.
