Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a talented Assistant Food Services Manager to join our team at Snaders de Paaw, offering an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of exceptional food services within a prestigious corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the management and execution of food services, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality.
Help manage staffing levels to meet operational needs while maintaining budgetary control.
Ensure all food service areas meet Health and Safety standards and are well-maintained.
Collaborate with clients to ensure their food service needs are met and exceed expectations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in food services, catering, or contract catering, ideally in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Strong team support and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire.
Excellent communication skills, financial management understanding, and problem-solving ability.
A passion for delivering world-class food service and exceptional dining experiences.
The ability to thrive in a corporate environment and deliver 5-star service consistently.
What We Offer:

A Monday to Sunday working schedule, with evening and occasional weekend overtime available and 2 days off per week. Scgedule :Splitservices morning from 9:00 till 13:00 and from 18:00- till close (approximately 23:00 hours)
Private apartment to  live for 400€ month with registration
A prime location in the center of the village
